Our approach is grounded in evidence-based treatment, with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) serving as a primary foundation. CBT helps clients identify thought patterns and behaviors that may be contributing to distress and develop practical strategies for change. When clinically appropriate, treatment may also incorporate Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), DBT-informed strategies, and Motivational Interviewing.
Sessions are collaborative, structured, and goal-focused. Clients can expect direct feedback, clear takeaways, and practical strategies to use between sessions, while treatment is tailored to each person’s needs, strengths, and goals.
We provide telehealth services throughout New Jersey, Florida, and Connecticut, with limited in-person appointments available in Clark, NJ. Clinician availability, populations served, and licensure may vary by provider and state.
Next step: Request an appointment through our client portal to review availability and determine the best fit for your needs.
